At last! We have finally been awarded a Protected Geographical Indication (P.G.I).  This means "Grimsby Traditional Smoked Fish" can be thought of in the same way as Parma Ham, Melton Mowbray Pork Pies and Champagne.

This E.U Award recognises our unique status and production technique. This longer and more difficult process produces the added flavour and aroma so valued by top chefs, restaurants and food lovers throughout the nation. Our Traditional Smoked Haddock is available to the public at "The Fishwife", the retail outlet of Atkinsons Smoked Fish Limited.
